We process personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

Data we collect

• Contact and lead data — when you submit our contact form or email us: name, email address, company, phone or LINE ID, and the contents of your message.
• Technical data — standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, used for security and to keep the service running.

Why we process it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide sales or support follow-up (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
• To operate, secure, and improve this website (legitimate interest).
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations applicable to a payment-services business.

Retention

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law. Technical logs are kept for a shorter operational period.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host and operate our infrastructure (cloud hosting in the Asia-Pacific region), and where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority.
